This was actually inspired by Aasiyah

Pieces of Hake

1 tin Tomato & Onion Mix
Garlic
Salt&Pepper
4 slices bread
4 small leaves of spinach
cheese
feta

The fish I seasoned with Salt & Ground Pepper and baked for around mins.
While thats baking I heated up some tinned tomato&onion mix and added garlic,
chilli,sugar,and fresh chives(optional).

When the fish is done, toast the bread in the oven about 2min on each side.

Place the toast on a oven tray, then the spinach, add a spoonful of tomato salsa
then the fish, more salsa then some grated cheese and sprinkle some feta

Put in the oven on grill till golden brown +-5min

Nice healthy hearty meal :)
