I caught up with Falko (he still doesn’t wanna tell me if it’s his real name or not, pfft) and we find out about the guy who transforms dull walls into something spectacular. This is how it went.

I DID MY FIRST PIECE IN 1988. ON WESTRIDGE HIGH. WE MISSIONED ONE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND COPIED A PIECE STRAIGHT OUTTA A MAGAZINE THAT I FOUND. I STILL REMEMBER THE ARTICLE WAS ABOUT THE FALL OF THE BERLIN WALL. AND AS WE KNOW IT WAS FAMOUS FOR GRAFFITI
What does your room or moms backyard look like?
MY MOMS BACKYARD IS CLEAN COS I DONT STAY THERE, BUT WHEN I DID IT WAS F**KED…BUT JUST COS I WAS TESTING ME PAINT ALL THE TIME. AT HOME I GOT NO GRAFFITI ON MY WALLS.
One of your favourite pieces?
I CANT REALLY SAY. I LOVE THEM ALL! BUT A FAVOURITE PIECE THAT INFLUENCED ME IS AN ARTWORK DONE BY `MODE2` IN PARIS, FRANCE IN 1991… ITS WAS A REVOLUTIONARY GRAFFITI PIECE THAT INFLUENCED THE WORLD
