Work, friends, Personal then yes, why not stay friends but obviously be careful. If there are feelings involved then best keep distance for some time before starting a friendship again. if the feelings don’t subside, this will only start issues. I.e. How would you feel if she started seeing someone else? And vice versa. This can cause bad vibes. Ultimately you should know whether keeping the friendship is do-able or not. Its all circumstantial…
